United Way has three levels of awards that are given to companies, based on employee participation in the campaign:
Power Award - given to those companies with at least 100% participation AND at least $100 per capita giving.
Gold Award - given to those companies with at least 75% employee participation AND at least $75 per capita giving.
Silver Award - given to those companies with at least 50% employee participation AND at least $50 per capita giving.
Bronze Award - given to those companies with at least 30% employee participation AND at least $30 per capita giving.
Additional campaign awards are given at the annual Community Celebration, typically held in the spring each year.
